The City of Prince Rupert has put out a statement that has made it clear that their Economic Development Office is once again accepting applications for their Façade Improvement Program.
The program, which is supported by the Northern Development Initiative Trust, hands out funding to selected local businesses in the downtown core who apply to the program so that they can use said funding in order to update their exterior.
$20,000 in total was provided by the Northern Development Initiative Trust for the program and each individual business that gets selected by the City can receive up to $5,000.
