The City of Terrace recently announced that improvements will be coming soon to the Wolfpack trail that is located on Terrace Mountain.
As a means of improving safety as well as the general experience of hiking on the trail, Terrace will be working with several partners to separate sections of the trail so that people who use it for hiking and others who use it for biking can do so without the worry of getting in each others way.
Other parts of the work being done should include the addition of signage alongside some upgrades that will be done to the Johnstone trailhead.
And ever since several sculptures imitating a pack of wolves were added to the trail, it’s popularity has increased, further emphasizing the importance of making sure everyone is safe when interacting with the trail.
