Police in Terrace have arrested a man for trafficking a controlled substance.
Terrace RCMP say they were conducting routine patrols at approximately 1:30 am on January 11th, and located a man walking in the 3400 block of Sparks Street. He was suspected of trafficking drugs in relation to another incident. He was wearing a backpack, and upon searching, the Terrace RCMP located and seized bear spray, a baton, a loaded imitation firearm, suspected fentanyl, crystal meth, cocaine, and other pharmaceuticals, drug packaging items, numerous cell phones, and cash.
RCMP say they’ll be forwarding the results of the investigation to BC Prosecution Services for consideration of charges.
