Terrace’s RCMP recently released an article that talked about an investigation of theirs that began back in December and was looking into some possible firearms manufacturing.
The investigation eventually led to the Police getting a search warrant for an undisclosed location that resulted in the arrest of a pair of individuals for several firearm related offences.
Some of the items that officers found during their search included several 3D printed firearms and silencers of the same nature, some counterfeit currency, substantial quantities of what were suspected to be pharmaceutical drugs as well as a few other tools that are used for the building of firearms.
Both individuals got released, albeit only one of them got a future court date, and the RCMP are forwarding their investigation results to the crown counsel for charge considerations.
