The Terrace RCMP recently put out a report that detailed them dealing with a fairly significant amount of impaired investigations in a recent weekend.
One such investigation saw patrolling officers notice a GMC Sierra pick up swerve over the road’s centre line and the officers then talked with the driver after the vehicle stopped at a local brew house.
The driver admitted that they had a couple of drinks and after the man then provided some breath samples that resulted in fails, he was hit with a 90 day immediate roadside prohibition and a notice of vehicle impoundment for 30 days.
Another part of the report talked about how another man that was eventually determined to be impaired, was noticed urinating on the side of a liquor store.
